This solution is divided into a modeling part and a database part. By keeping the model apart from the data it’s easier to modify and expand the model according to different needs of budgeting, calculations, forecasting and reporting.

All data and user rights are handled by the database.

Budgeting & Reporting runs on an Oracle Standard Edition Database and the modeling is done in Microsoft Excel.
